At AxeTM, we stand by the quality of our sports gear and offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your performance equipment. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your gear in its original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
